院现有教职工135名，其中两院院士3名（含外聘），教授40名，副高职称教职工43名，专任教师108名，教辅人员13名，管理人员14名。专任教师中博士比例95.2%，具有外校学历背景比例16.8%。有12人次获得全国模范教师、国家重大人才工程项目、全国优秀教师、中国青年科技奖、国家百千万人才工程、全国先进工作者、国家重大人才工程青年项目、优秀援疆干部等国家级荣誉称号和奖励；享受政府特殊津贴24人，2人列入“国家创新人才推进计划”、11人列入教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、教育部创新团队1个、4人列入江苏省“六大人才高峰”培养对象、15人列入江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”、17人列入江苏省“高校青蓝工程”、2人获江苏省“突出贡献中青年专家”、1人获“江苏省十大杰出青年”称号、1人获首届全国煤炭青年五四奖章、5人获孙越崎青年科技奖、1人获第九届光华工程科技奖“青年奖”、3人获江苏省“高校教学名师”、1人获“江苏特聘教授”、1人获江苏省青年岗位能手。

The School has 135 full-time teachers, including 3 academicians from either Chinese Academy of Sciences or Chinese Academy of Engineering, 40 professors, 43 associate professors, 108 full-time teachers, 13 teaching assistants and 14 administrative staff. 95.2% of full-time teachers have received doctor's degree, and 16.8% of them have educational background from different universities. 12 teachers have earned national-level honors and awards, including National Model Teacher, National Outstanding Youth Fund, National Outstanding Teacher, China Youth Science and Technology Award, National Key Talent Project, Ten Thousand Talents Program, National Advanced Worker, National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, Outstanding Service in Xinjiang, etc. 23 teachers have earned special government allowances. 2 teachers are selected for the national program to promote creative talents. 11 teachers are selected to join the Program for New Century Excellent Talents of Ministry of Education and 1 team is the Innovation Team of Ministry of Education. 4 teachers are the winners of Six Talent Peaks Project of Jiangsu. 15 teachers are the winners of the Training Objects 333 Engineering Project, Jiangsu province. 17 teachers are the winners of Blue Project of Jiangsu Province. 2 teachers win the title of Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contribution to Jiangsu Province. 1 teacher wins the title of Top Ten Outstanding Youth Persons of Jiangsu Province. 1 teacher wins the first National Coal Youth May 4th Movement Mental. 5 teachers win Sun Yueqi Youth Science and Technology Award. 1 teacher wins the 9th Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award. 3 teachers win title of Outstanding Teacher of Jiangsu province. 1 teacher is Distinguished Professor of Jiangsu province. 1 teacher wins Youth Post Expert of Jiangsu province.
